Service Description

The Nitpick Concierge™ Household Membership provides year-round access to discounted professional lice care services for members of your household. Membership Benefits Membership includes: ✅ 15% discount on all eligible Nitpick Concierge™ services ✅ Up to six (6) service appointments per membership year at the member-discounted rate ✅ Coverage for household members residing at the enrolled address ✅ Priority scheduling when appointments are available ✅ Access to exclusive member offers and promotions ✅ Concierge-level support throughout the membership term Membership Usage The membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment. The 15%-member discount may be applied to up to six (6) service appointments during the membership year. Membership benefits may be used for any household member residing at the enrolled address. Unused discounted service appointments expire at the end of the membership term and do not roll over. Additional services beyond the six included discounted appointments will be billed at standard service rates. Membership discounts may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Household Eligibility Membership is limited to individuals living within the same household and enrolled under the membership. Benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to individuals outside of the household. Renewal & Cancellation Membership fees are due in full at enrollment. Membership fees are non-refundable once membership benefits have been activated. Membership automatically expires at the end of the 12-month term unless renewed. Nitpick Concierge™ reserves the right to modify membership benefits, terms, or pricing upon renewal. Member Acknowledgment By purchasing a Nitpick Concierge™ Household Membership, members acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that the membership provides discounted access to professional lice treatment and screening services for eligible household members during the active membership period.
